Patient Information

Our medical centre is committed to providing high-quality, accessible and compassionate healthcare to the local community. We aim to build long-term relationships with our patients and their families by delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care that supports their health and wellbeing at every stage of life.

Appointments

Patients can make an appointment by calling the practice on 02 9626 204, booking online through the HotDoc app, or attending the practice in person.

We will make every effort to accommodate patients who require urgent medical attention. Please inform our reception staff if your appointment is urgent so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Walk-in patients will be triaged by our reception or clinical staff according to the urgency of their medical needs and health condition. This may result in a waiting period or, where appropriate, a recommendation to seek more immediate medical attention.
